  10. So sad people are sleeping on this. Go to a Korean market and find the one with the exact ingredients Iike hers and you'll know! Nothing like the real deal with no substitutes.

  12. These came out beautifully! Nice contrasts in color, texture, and flavor. You really do want something acidic like the pickled radish to balance out the richness elsewhere.

    I'll have to remember to get the ingredients for this next time I'm at H-Mart, our local Korean market. I want to make Japanese rolled sushi someday, but the idea of working with raw fish is too intimidating for me right now. I'll be much more comfortable working with these ingredients. 🙂

  21. I still remember making gimbap and sushi for my university’s event. Working with my friends to collect some money for study trip and And its really worth it ! Moreover, the sushi and kimbal sold out for 1 hour only everyday. We re truly happy ! And i made this for my family and they also like it so much even my mom really loves it !
